Randy explains God’s will for every believer is to change and mature through four phases of spiritual life that are similar to physical maturity: infant, toddler to teen (immaturity), young adulthood, and the grandfather/grandmother stage. God has planned each phase with specific goals, actions and responsibilities that the born again believer must experience.
